Our Fitness Classes take place Monday 7pm, Wednesday 7pm, Saturday 11am.

We combine toningstrengthening and weight loss exercises e.g. body weight
exercises, medicine ball work, Gymstick exercises, Kettlebell moves
with cardio work e.g. hurdles, sprinting,
cone running, resistance running harness usage etc.

Our Bootcamp Fitness Classes in Loreto Park in Dublin 14, 16 restarted earlier this week. Classes still take place on

  1. Monday evening 7pm-8pm
  2. Saturday morning 11am-12pm

We plan to start further morning fitness classes during the week, this will most likely be Wednesday mornings 9.45am-10.45am, location has to be confirmed.

Bootcamp Fitness and Exercise Classes in South DublinYou can still join our Bootcamp Fitness Classes in Loreto Park in South Dublin, just beside Nutgrove Shopping Centre. We run the classes up to the week before Christmas – the last class takes place 17th December 2011.

Loreto Park is between Rathfarnham and Dundrum / Churchtown, only a few minutes drive from Leopardstown  and Sandyford.
