Health & Fitness Boot Camps are held on the green behind the Lucan Youth Centre Located just 2 minutes’ walk from Main St. This is the perfect private location to get fit, stay fit and most importantly have fun at the same time.
What you can expect by joining a Boot camp?
60 Min Outdoor Boot Camp held mornings and evenings hail, rain or shine. Choose to workout 1 – 2 or 3 x per week, typically for 4 weeks. Burn up to 800 calories per workout
Workouts include heart-pumping cardio circuits, anaerobic interval training, plyometrics, core workouts, modified strongman training, weight training, kettlebells, body weight exercises and creative exercises that are proven to get you results quicker.
We will measure results before & after with fitness testing.
What Can I Expect Form Boot Camps? Expect a Huge increase in your energy levels, strength and endurance. Enhanced relaxation, greatly improved posture and better sleep patterns, Lose Wight and get in best shape ever. The classes are hard, but everyone tries their best and is expected to perform at their own level.
You Don’t Have To Be In Shape: You will start training at your level and move up as you get faster and stronger.
