Our Fitness Classes take place Monday 7pm, Wednesday 7pm, Saturday 11am.

We combine toning, strengthening and weight loss exercises e.g. body weight
exercises, medicine ball work, Gymstick exercises, Kettlebell moves
with cardio work e.g. hurdles, sprinting,
cone running, resistance running harness usage etc.
